Booking Policies
To ensure the best experience for both our clients and employees, please read and agree to the following booking policy before securing your appointment:
Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Arrival & Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, a £10 late fee will apply.
Excessive lateness may result in cancellation of the session without refund.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of the deposit.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new deposit.
Additional Fees
Travel Fees: Applies for appointments held outside of the Studio.
Early Morning / Late Evening Fees: Appointments before 7:00 AM or after 7:00 PM will incur an additional £20 fee.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to inform us of any allergies or skin conditions before their appointment to ensure safe application of products.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged the full service amount.
Kindly communicate in advance if you’re unable to attend.
Right to Refuse Service
360 Beauty Brand reserves the right to refuse service to any client behaving inappropriately or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
By booking an appointment with 360 Beauty Brand, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

To provide a smooth and stress-free experience on your special day, please review and agree to the following policy before securing your bridal makeup booking:
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your bridal makeup booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total service cost.
A signed contract must be submitted along with the deposit for your booking to be confirmed.
The remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks before the wedding date.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and online payment.
Trial Session
A bridal trial is highly recommended to ensure your desired look is achieved.
The trial session fee is £60, payable on the day of the trial.
Trial appointments do not guarantee the wedding date is reserved without a confirmed deposit and signed contract.
Travel Fees
If applicable, travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
These fees will depend on location and travel time from the studio.
Changes & Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, the £100 deposit is non-refundable.
If the booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of the wedding date, an additional 10% of the total service fee will be charged.
Please provide the final headcount for all makeup services at least 3 weeks before the wedding.
Adding additional services may not be possible closer to the wedding date and is subject to availability.
Timings & Schedule
Start times will be agreed in advance to ensure all services are completed punctually.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all members receiving services are present and prepared at the agreed times.
Artist Emergency Clause
In the unlikely event that 360 Beauty Brand is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency),
A full refund of all payments made (including the deposit) will be issued.
We will also assist in sourcing a qualified replacement artist wherever possible.
By booking bridal makeup services with 360 Beauty Brand, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
